If your order includes more people or pets than the selected canvas size allows, we will not proceed with preparing your order until the appropriate canvas size is chosen. Once approved we will be shipping the portrait the same day. Shipment times vary based on location. You will be able to see the estimate shipping time to your address during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
