30-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: not painted on, unused, with all components present in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Replacement To start a replacement process, you can contact us at Coloratura.store@gmail.com. Please note that items will need to be sent to New York.
Replacement Process If your replacement request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges Once we receive the return, we will work with you to make adjustments to the portrait by refining the facial features to better match the provided picture. We will then resend the adjusted portrait as a replacement for the original order.
Refunds Refunds are not offered for custom-made products. We will only provide replacements and make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
